Flapjack heaven

Hi!

Today we are bringing you our first recipe ever on this blog! We cook every day but because we are uni students we mostly cook just some convenience food bud today we made something special!

Amazing healthy flapjacks!

You will need:

1/4 cup of coconut oil

1/4 cup of honey

1 1/2 cup of oats

1/2 cup of nuts of your choice

First of all, preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Melt the coconut oil on low heat in a pan and mix in honey. When it combines, you can add oats and nuts. We used almond and hazelnuts but pecan nuts or any other nuts are a great choice as well.
